We are people no longer in full-time employment getting together to help each other to create opportunities to exercise our minds and bodies, meet friends and have fun. We are based in the West End of Glasgow but open to all. 43 different activity groups, from language conversation to walks, talks, or outings to social get-togethers meet throughout the month and other events are organised.
